1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website blueorbitix.world and engaging with the services provided by BlueOrbitix d.o.o. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BlueOrbitix d.o.o., a Croatian limited liability company registered at Ulica kneza Mislava 54, 10675 Zagreb, Croatia (Registration Number: 835468712).

BlueOrbitix provides investment finance volatility management services to institutional and corporate clients. Our services include but are not limited to risk assessment and analysis, portfolio optimisation, financial planning and strategy, advanced analytics, international market access guidance, and ongoing consultation. All services are provided subject to these Terms and any separate service agreements that may be executed between the parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BlueOrbitix, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to our services, but we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. 10. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Zagreb, Croatia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any disputes through good faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, the parties may pursue resolution through the Croatian court system or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as appropriate under Croatian law.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time with written notice. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect. Termination of services does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, or technical failures.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and BlueOrbitix regarding your use of our services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using our services.
